ACKER, Mrs. Reaby E. Thornton, 84, a resident of Eclectic, born Septem-ber 12, 1921, passed away Tuesday, Nov 22, 2005. Funeral services will be held at 11am, Saturday, Nov 26, 2005 at Jeffcoat-Linville Chapel, with Rev. Steve Folmar and Rev. Mark Griffin, burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Survivors include: Husband, Joseph Carlton Acker; son, Henry Woodville Thornton (Gloria); daughter, Gayle Thornton Brantley (David); brothers, Ed Emfinger (Bernice) & Mitch Emfinger; sister, Lois Newman; 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; Very special friend, Ann Davis; several nieces and nephews.
