Anita Anna Barnard, Oakridge Gardens Home, Formerly of Brillion, age 87, died Wednesday, November 13, 1991 at the nursing home following a lingering illness.
She was born August 5, 1904 in Plymouth, daughter of the late William and Clara (Drager) Pipkorn. She married Karl Barnard, August 29, 1928. She was a nurse and worked for General Telephone Company for many years. She and her husband owned and operated Barnard Drug Store in Brillion. She was a 1922 graduate of Plymouth High School and a graduate of Milwaukee Hospital Passavant School of Nursing. She was a member of Peace United Church of Christ, Billion.
Survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law; Nancee and Robert Paulson, Sarasota, Florida; Rae Marie Helm, Brillion; three grandchildren; Forrest Robert Paulson, Candace Ann Helm and Crystal Lynn Helm.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1970 and a son-in-law, Ronald Helm.
Funeral services were held at Peace United Church of Christ, Brillion with Rev. Joseph Mills officiating. Burial in the Brillion City Cemetery.
