MONTIA JAMES BROWN, Jr., 65, of Cape Coral, FL, passed away July 24, 2013 at Lee Memorial Hospital.

He was born May 26, 1948 in Webster Springs, WV, a son of the late Montia James Brown Sr. and Dorothy Wilmoth Brown.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Patty Ann Brown.

He was also preceded in death by 1 son, Mark Anthony Brown, and 1 brother, Harold Brown.

He is survived by 1 son, Marty Shayne (Carrie) Brown Sabraton, WV, 2 daughters, Melissa Nicole (Bernardo) Maria, Fairport, OH, and Stefanie (Joseph) Toyan, Cape Coral, FL., 1 brother, Darrel Brown, WV, and 10 grandchildren, Alexis, Taylor, Logan, Catelynn, Tristan, Gabriella, Nicholas, Brandon, Savannah, and Lily.

Mr. Brown loved his job working at Painsville Light Plant for most of his life.

He enjoyed hunting, working on engines, airplanes and traveling.

He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Friends will be received July 27, 2013 from 1-2 PM with service hour at 2 PM at Dryfork Assembly of God Church with Reverend Eli Hostetler officiating.

Interment will follow in Raines Cemetery.
