He was born in Tucumcari on December 23, 1959. He lived most of his life in the San Jon area.
After graduating from the San Jon School, he attended Mesa Tech and his CDL and was involved with working in the road construction for many years.
He married Diane Boone and they had two children.
He is survived by his daughter, Nicole Entringer, and his son James Neal Brashear, of Continental Divide. He is also survived by his brother, Craig and wife, Cindy and his mother, Roberta, all of San Jon and his four grandchildren, Cameron, Tayler, Tristen, and Faith of El Paso.
In keeping with his wishes cremation has taken place. He will buried in the family plot in the Bard Cemetery. A private family memorial service will be held later.
