WASHINGTON - Ruth (Beezley) Curtis, 83, of Littleton, Colo., formerly of Washington, Ill., passed away Monday, April 12, 2011.
She was born Jan. 30, 1928.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, George Curtis.
She is survived by her children, Patricia Curtis and Bruce (Sheryl) Curtis; and grandchildren, Eric and Beth Terpening, and Rachel and Shannon Curtis.
Ruth taught junior high at Germantown Hills Elementary School for 30 years.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 29, at Crossroads United Methodist Church, 1420 N. Main St., Washington.
