LAKE ARROWHEAD - Robert Ira Blair, an Air Force and Civil Service retiree and a Mason, died Jan. 20, 1997. He was 74.
Survivors include his wife, Kathleen; three daughters, Barbara of Richmond, Va., Peggy Kinsel of Corpus Christi and Wendy of San Antonio; two sons, Kippen of Addison and Ken of San Antonio; two sisters, Shirley and Nancy, both of North Syracuse, N.Y.; a brother, Richard Blair of Oxen Hill, Va.; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Jan. 25 at St. Michael's Episcopal Church, Farm-to-Market Road 534, Jim Wells County.
