Park Hill- Funeral services for Jessie Daniel Maize, 22, of Park Hill will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 8, 2000 at Crescent Valley Baptist Church with Rev. Billy Parker abd Pastor Richard Cress officiating.
Burial will follow in Qualls Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home of Tahlequah.
Jessie Daniel Maize, son of Gary Martin Maize and Patti Holderby Tate, was born Dec.8, 1977 in Muskogree and died Wednesday, Dec. 6 in Tahlequah.
A graduate of Tahlequah High School, Jessie was employed by Glover Construction Co.
His grandfather Codean Holderby, preceeded him in death.
Survivors include his girl friend Barbie Beitz of Park Hill; his mother, Patti Tate and husband Tom of Tahlequah, his father Gary Maize and wife Sheryl of Fort Gibson; his paternal grandparents, Jessie and Jane Maize of Stroud, and his maternal grandmother, Pat Sullivan and husband Charles of Park Hill; one sister, Amber Maize of Park Hill; one brother, Jasen Corns and wife Jennifer of Tulsa, his stepbrothers and stepsisters, Beth Lewis Waylon of Fort Gibson, and Shannon Tate, and Bryan Tate, both of Tahlequah, Howard Tate of Tahlequah and Susan Tate Lovell of Martinsburg, W. Va.; his special nieces and nephews, Austin Avery, Michael Tanner, Dylan and Makenna; and many loved ones and friends.
