CHARLIE HENDERSON EDDY

Funeral services were held Dec. 2 at Sandy Baptist Church for Charlie Henderson Eddy, 55, of Davis, who died Nov. 29 at Ardmore. The Rev. Raymond Lampkin officiated. Interment was in Sandy Indian Cemetery with arrangements by Clagg Funeral Home.

Eddy was born May 4, 1942, at Chigley to Charlie and Caroline (Parnacher) Eddy. He married Mamie Welborn on June 26, 1964, at Ada. He was a dairyman and a member of the Sandy Baptist Church. He lived in Murray County all his life and attended Oak Grove School. He served in the National Guard.

He is survived by his wife of the home; a daughter, Ladonna Eddy of Davis; four sons, Dewayne Eddy of Davis, Randy Eddy and Alden Eddy, both of Russellville, Ark., and Michael Eddy of Tulsa; five brothers, Leon Eddy of Oklahoma City, Joe Eddy and Jackie Eddy, both of Sulphur, and M.P. Eddy and R.T. Eddy, both of Ohio; three sisters, Mary Cain, Cleota Simco and Cindy Langford, all of Sulphur, and nine grandchildren.
