Carter-Mizell Correspondence and ancestral spellings is Barber. Cassandra wrote one letter to Mrs Jane Everett, Nov. 25, 1811, telling about the Journey to the Mississippi Territory, among other notables.
Cassandra was born ca 1750-60 NC died after Feb 1833.
I've linked Cassandra to her parents, although no proof has been found to confirm this. Parents are Lt. William Nathaniel Barber & Hepzibah Loomis NC, and the sister of Keizah Eudel Barber.
