Lehigh resident William "Billy" Riley Roebuck, age 65, passed away on Oct. 4, 2011 at Oklahoma City, OK. He was born Sept. 7, 1946 to James and Sylvia (Cathern) Hughes Roebuck in Coal County. He graduated Coalgate High School. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the V.F.W., DAV and American Legion. He was preceded in death by his father, James Bernard Roebuck and a brother, Dave "Mooche" Roebuck. Service will be Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011 at 2 pm at Brown's Funeral Chapel with Rev. Bob Graham officiating. Interment will be at Riley Cemetery.
