Born in Ireland in 1820 or 1821, Thomas Abraham served as Deputy Reeve of North Norwich Township in 1862 and 1866. He served as Reeve from 1867-1881 and, then again, in 1884. He was elected County Warden in 1871.
He passed away on February 12, 1899 and is buried in the Norwich Village Cemetery.
