Calvin Elwood Cox, 77, of Willis passed away Saturday, November 15, 2014 at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cicero and Gay Cox; two sets of twin brothers, Brady & Grady Cox Shelbaand Elba Cox; sisters, Hazel Scaggs, Josephine ScaggsandIzola Moye.He is survived by his brother, Archie Cox; sisters Ovada Weeks and Agnes Montgomery; special nephew, Dale Cox and wife Mary; cousin, Bud Cox; special friend, Leslie Fisher and caregivers, John McDaniel, Mary Grooms, Nancy Wade. The family would like to express a special thanks to Good Samaritan Hospice.Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dewayne Troutt and Pastor Roy Turpin officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services. Interment will follow in the Irenia Mayberry Cox Cemetery.In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Floyd County Rescue Squad c/o Floyd County Rescue Squad, P.O.
