Reuben Randall Tyner was a Confederate Soldier in Co. C, 2nd Regiment of Cherokee Mounted Volunteers and fought under Captain John W.T. Spencer and Colonel William Penn Adair. These men were under General Stand Wattie. Came to Bird Creek area about 1850.

His parents were Jackson and Delilah (Seabolt) Tyner. He was the Husband of Almyra Tyner

Additional Information provided by Findagrave Volunteer Melody Roswell:
Jackson Tyner was not married to Delia Seabolt at the time of Reuben's birth, he was married to Jane "Jennie" Carter on 3 Dec 1811 in Cherokee, Washington Co. TN. USA. They only had three children: Sarah Jane Tyner b. 1829 d. 1860 in Alabama, USA. Reuben 1840, George I haven't found yet. So I have a marriage maybe possibly before Deliah and maybe that is why it shows as his mother? Could be because I have see that before when in fact the second wife did not give birth to that particular child. Jane did not die until 1850 in Washington Co. OK. So she is probably buried at this same Cemetery just not listed. Same way with Jackson.
