Severiana was survived by her sons: Manuel, Cornelio and Lorenzo of Cañones, Carlos (wife Rita) de Medanales, Jacobo (wife Katherine) de Chili, Armando (wife Julie), and Lino (wife Juanita) de Española; daughters: Clara (Joe), Delfinia (husband Lupe) of Abiquiu, and Antonia Herrera of Chili; sons-in-law: Floyd Trujillo of Abiquiu and Pete Garcia of Coyote; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Rosary was in the San Miguel Church in Cañones on 15 June 2014. Funeral Mass was on 16 June 2014 in the Santo Tomas Church in Abiquiu. Burial was in the Cañones Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers were her sons. Honorary pallbearers: Grace Velarde, Helen Cargill, Josefina Martinez and Ambrocia Herrera.
