F. Edward Aebischer, 63, a life-long resident of Calumet County, died unexpectedly at his home, a half mile west of this city, this morning of a heart attack.
Mr. Aebischer had worked Wednesday as usual and was in apparent health. He gave no evidence of any indisposition until he awakened his wife shortly after midnight. He passed away before a doctor could be called.

Mrs. Aebischer was born May 24, 1872, in the town of Charlestown, son of Christian and Susanna Aebischer. He married Miss Clara Ebert of the town of Charlestown Sept. 2, 1896, and settled with his bride on a Charlestown farm. Six children blessed their union, two of whom, Maude and Mabel, preceded their father in death.

He married Mrs. Ella Erickson of this city March 19, 1913, and made his home here for 14 years. He then purchased the Anton Stransky farm a half mile west of the city where he spent the remainder of his life.

The funeral services will be held from the Pfeffer Funeral Home Saturday and at Trinity Presbyterian church. Rev. Arthur M. Krueger will be in charge of the services. Interment will be in the Union cemetery, Charlestown.

Mr. Aebischer is survived by his widow, two sons, George and Louis, Minneapolis, Minn.; two daughters, Mrs. Richard Knorr, St. Louis, Mo.; and Mrs. Arno Nurnberger, this city; five grandchildren; two brothers, Charles Aebischer, Charlestown and William Aebischer, this city; two sisters, Miss Ida Aebischer, this city; and Mrs. Gust Horst, Superior, Wis.
