Mrs. Dora Mattie Adkison, 78, of Rt. 1, Andalusia, died in an Georgiana hospital Friday, May 29, 1981.
Funeral services will be today at 2:30 p.m. at Foreman's Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Judson Cemetery with the Revs. Woodrow Plant and Fred Kelley officiating.
Survivors include her husband , Bernie Adkison, Rt. 1, Andalusia; a step-daughter, Mrs. Ethel Turner, Douglasville, Tex.; three stepsons, Floyd Adkison, Cerrito, Calif.; Charlie L. Adkison, Garden Grove, Calif.; Roy Adkison, Evansville, Ind.; a niece, Verlan Cotton, Dothan, Ala.
Pallbearers will be W.M. Powell, L.L. Green, Eddie Walker, Oscar Wambles, Ginnie Wambles and Colie Wambles.
