Longtime resident of Greenville, Chele Arteaga peacefully passed from this life Wednesday morning January 17, 2007. She had been under the loving care of her children and mother, losing her long battle with poor health.
Born on Mother's Day, May 12th, 1968 in Concord California to Joseph Bosco Dutra Sr. and Maria Camelia Dutra. She was joined to the family with three older siblings, her sisters Anne Marie Nielson and Kathrina Rochelle Dutra, and brother Joseph Bosco Dutra Jr.
Chele gave birth to her son Jesse Marcus Dutra in Martinez California before moving to Greenville in 1991. Here she gave birth to her daughter Rachelle Anne Dutra. She then married Julio Pajarito Arteaga and soon after gave birth to Julianna Maria Arteaga.
Chele enjoyed working in the family owned restaurant (The Coach House) in Greenville, where she met many of her close friends that were dear to her. She enjoyed spending all of her free time with family and friends. Making her children happy was her main focus in life. Chele was extremely involved in the faith of her church at the Greenville Assembly of God.
Chele leaves in passing her loving son Jesse Marcus Dutra (17); Rachelle Anne Dutra (15) and Julianna Maria Arteaga (13). Her mother Maria Camelia Dutra; sister Anne Marie Nielson; brother Joseph Bosco Dutra, Jr.; sister in-law Michelle Dutra; nephews, Scan, Derek, Dustin, Jonathan, Jacob, and Justin. Nieces Rachel, Emilee, Ashlie, Krystle and Mya, and several special friends.
She joins in her eternal home with the Lord her father Joseph Bosco Dutra, Sr. who passed in March of 2004; sister Kathrina Rochelle Dutra who passed in March of 2005, and brother in-law Guy Nielson who passed in May of 1995.
