Diana Adams, 47, of Gate City, died at her residence Monday (Feb, 21, 2005).

She had been a lifelong resident of the Gate City area. She was of the Protestant faith. She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Walter and Viva Adams and maternal grandparents, Walter H. and Maggie (Hall) Dingus.

She is survived by parents, Elmer D. and Anna Mae Adams of Gate City; son, Chris Adams of the home, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24, in the Hagy & Fawbush Funeral Home Chapel in Norton. The funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Carl Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Dingus Family Cemetery in Wise.
