Hugh, June 10: G.W. Boyd, age 83, who operated a ferry over the Kiamichi River near here in the territorial days, died today at his home at Sawyer. Funeral services were to be held later today with burial in the Sawyer cemetery. Surviving are four sons, Harvey Boyd of Hugh, Richard and Henry Boyd of Sawyer, and Jim Boyd of Newark, New Jersey
