Eleanor Shipp passed away at the age of 73 due to cancer. She was the daughter of Louis and Minta Payne. She was church secretary and pianist/organist for many years. She retired from the State of Oklahoma in 1990 after serving approximately 40 years in the Medicare Claims Division.
She is preceded in death by her Father Louis Payne, brother Jerry Payne. Her mother Minta Payne passed away in 2014.
She is survived by her husband William Shipp, Son Steven and his wife Sharon, Daughter Jana Gregory and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
