He was born April 9, 1955, in Jonesboro, AR., to William "Wig" T. Bobbitt Sr. and Mary Armstrong Minton. Buck preached the gospel for many years.
Preceding him in death was his step father, Raymond L. Minton
Buck's survivors include a son, Michael P. Bobbitt of Gainsville, FL; a step son Michael J. (Dena) Cottrell; a step daughter, Madison Morgan; a grandson, Liam Bobbitt of Gainesville, FL; two step granddaughters, Ashlyn and Julianna Cottrell of Jonesboro; his father, William "Wig" T. (Etta) Bobbitt Sr.; his mother, Mary Armstrong Minton; brothers, Jim (Cheryl) Bobbitt, and Adam (Weslynn) Bobbitt, both of Jonesboro; a sister, Judy Gail (Joe) Brown also of Jonesboro; two step sisters, Terri and Michelle, both of Medford, OR.; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services were at the Plantation Park Music Theater. Burial was in Old Enterprise Cemetery.
