Mrs. Andrew Romaneck Passed Away Friday

Friends and relatives here received word here last Friday of the death of Mrs. Andrew Romaneck at Thermopolis, Wyoming. That afternoon, Mrs. Romaneck had complained of not feeling well and had laid down to rest; and was found dead shortly after. The deceased was formerly Maggie Masterson of Glenrock. She is survived by the widower and a son, Harvey Hargreaves; three sisters, Mrs. Clementine Padden and Mrs. Rose Skinner of Glenrock, and Mrs. Edmund Hill of Cheyenne; and a brother, James Masterson of Glenrock. Funeral services were held last Sunday and interment was in the Gebo cemetery.

According to FamilySearch.org, Maggie was in the 1920 Federal Glenrock, WY census of her widowed mother along with other family members as "Margaret" Clausen. Maggie's son Harvey was with her listed as Harvey Clausen b. about 1914 WY. That census listed Harvey's father as born in Texas. Her son Harvey Lester Hargrave was b. 21 Feb, 1913 in WY and d. 15 Aug. 1992, according to the California Death records. Harvey was in the 1940 Federal census for Cheyenne, WY.

In the 1880 Federal census for Clay Co., NE, Maggie's older brother was an infant listed as Harvey. Then in the 1900 Federal census for Glenrock, Converse Co., WY, he was age 20 and listed as David J. Masterson.

Maggie was listed as the widow Marguerite Clawson when she married Raphael Walker on 20 March 1920 in Billings, Yellowstone Co., MT.

On Maggie's death certificate, her husband Andrew was the informant. He had her father George b. in PA and her mother Mary b. in OH, but according to the 1900 Federal census for the Masterson family in Glenrock, WY, it was Maggie's maternal grandparents who were born in PA and OH.
