Allen, they would have celebrated their 10th anniversary April 18th, surviving, in addition to him and also her parents, are two daughters, Courtney Zook and Rebecca Zook, both of East Berlin; a stepson, Michael R. Allen, of East Berlin; two sisters, Paula Machado, of Warminster, and Dr. Amy Moore-Rand, of Santa Clara, CA, and paternal grandparents, Paul and Virginia Moore, of Kittaning.
