Amorette Dawson Dorsey Adams was the daughter of William Tooly Dawson December 5, 1830- after 1910 and Cornelia Kitching died before the 1870 Cotton Hill, Clay Co., GA census, according to her death certificate. Mrs Pheriba A Moore was the informant. She lived in Blakely, GA as the time.
Her father, William T Dawson, was an infantry soldier in the CSA in the 32nd Infantry, Company F, he surrendered at Greensboro, NC.
Amorette was the granddaughter of Davis Williams Dawson 1800-1875 and Pheriba Alexander 1807-1898.
