Carl Thomas Broady, a lifelong resident of Underwood, Indiana passed away at his home on Friday, February 20, 2009 at 9:37 PM surrounded by his wife, Marilee, daughters, Barbara Lynn Keeney, Becky Jo Ogden (David) and Belinda Sue White (David).
He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and great grandchildren and expecting the arrival of Reagan Elizabeth Miracle.
Carl was 74 years, 7 months and 21 days old. He was born on June 30, 1934 in Underwood, Indiana, the only son of the late Arthur Boone and Alta Estella (Richey) Broady.
He married his wife, the former Marilee Harrod on June 5, 1954.
He was a retired employee of Public Service Indiana at the Galliger Station in New Albany, Indiana where he worked for 36 years, a member and deacon of the Henryville Church of Christ in Henryville, Indiana and a veteran of the Indiana National Guard.
