To this union four children were born, two boys and two girls, Mrs. R. J. Mitchell of Elmcreek, Nebraska, Fannie Elnora Alderman of Medical Lake, Washington; Arza T. Alderman, Simpson, Saskatchewan, Canada and James Walter Alderman. Her husband preceded her in death in 1908 and one son, James Walter, in 1925.
