How do you put into words what a wonderful man Mike was? He was a soul mate and best friend to his wife, an amazing father to his children, a loving son and brother. Mike adored his children and wife and on most days could be found with a little one in his lap on a tractor. Mike's lifelong passion for farming was known far and wide. He wouldn't have been happy doing anything but farming with his brother, John. He was a great friend and faithful neighbor, always there when you needed a hand. Although he lost his life, always remember he was doing what he loved. He will be greatly missed and always remembered.
Surviving are his wife, Ronda; three children, Cooper, Jaxson and Adriahna Bagge, all at home; his mother, Carol Bagge, of Dyersville; a sister, Ann (Ali) Chowdhury, of Omaha, Neb., and their children Emily and Ashley Chowdhury; a brother, John Bagge, of Petersburg; father and mother-in-law, Ron and Sherill Bowers, of Toddville; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Heather (Matt) Smith, and their children, Alexandria and Victoria, of Cedar Rapids, and Brandon (Victoria) Bowers, of Dallas; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Leon Bagge, in 2008; and his grandparents.
