Annie Moore Baker, age 70, a resident of West Pearl Street, Cynthiana, Kentucky, died Thursday, April 3, 1997, at Harrison Memorial Hospital, in Cynthiana. She was born in Harrison County, Kentucky, on August 4, 1926, to the late Tommie and Nannie Nickerson Moore. She was a homemaker and a member of Sunrise Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by: a sister, Bertie Florence; three brothers, Jessie Moore, Everett Moore and William Joe Moore; and a special friend, Gerald Wayne Soard. Survivors include: two sons, Eugene Baker, of Cynthiana, and Frankie Baker, of Lexington; four daughters, Dorothy Noble, Betty Arnold, Ruby Baker and Geneva Bartlett, all of Cynthiana; a brother, John Moore, of Cynthiana; 16 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted Monday, April 7, at Ware Funeral Home by Bro. Greg Johnson. Burial was in Beaver Baptist Cemetery. Pallbearers were Franklin Baker, Jr., Raymond Frederick, Jr., Gene Arnold, Jr., Ruben Baker, Thomas Bruin, Sr., Marion Noble, Jr., Leslie Noble and Phillip Kelly.
