Mrs. Flora Rosella Williams Allison, 82, Allisonia died Wednesday at her home following a period of declining health. Born in Carroll County March 24, 1880, a daughter of the late William B. & Elizabeth Gallimore Williams, she was the widow of the late Walter Crockett Allison. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. D.P. Jennings, Hillsville; Mrs. W.W. Stilwell, Allisonia; two sons, B.W. Allison, Hampton; B.L. Allison, Allisonia; 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; one brother, Robert B. Williams, Hillsville. Funeral service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. from the Farris Mines Christian Church conducted by the Rev. Ray Redd. Burial will follow in the Allison Cemetery at Allisonia. The body will rest at Stickler's Funeral Heme until 12 noon Friday when it will be taken to the church one hour before the service.
