Christ Lassle, 57, of Fallon, who farmed on the CB Route after 1926 and moved into Fallon in 1941, died of a heart condition of extended duration Monday in the Veterans Administration Hospital in Miles City. He had been employed 18 years with the railroad. He was an Army veteran with duty in 1942 and 1943.
He was born Feb. 1, 1918, in Marsh, Mont., a son of Gottlieb and Karolina Lassle. He married Berta Hintz Doffinger on Mar. 15, 1953.
Survivors include the widow; three sons, David, Daniel and Duane Lassle, and a step-son, Helmut Hintz, and a daughter, Deloris Lassle, at home; four brothers, Gottlieb Lassle of Terry, John and August Lassle of Billings, and Fred Lassle of Miles City; a sister, Mrs. Karolina Wilken of Glendive; and three grandchildren.
Services in the Evangelical Church of North America. Burial in Fallon Cemetery.
