Oscar is the son of William Eugene Chandler and Tishey Lue Vaughn. Oscar married Laura Allice Phillips on 11 Nov 1917. They had the following children: J.B, Erma, Norma, Jewell, Homer, Reva and Harold. On 6 April 1941 he married Bertha Lilian Coombes Myers. They had the following children: Pauline and Oscar R.
