Survived by his wife, Mrs. Ora Lee Parker Brown, Port Allen; mother, Mrs. Nancy McGee, Port Allen; two sisters, Mrs. Olevia Jarrett, Erwinville, and Mrs. Emma Lee Smith, Baton Rouge; two brothers, Walter Nixon, Plaquemine, and Johnny Nixon, Port Allen; two aunts, Mrs. Josephine Brooks and Mrs. Mackie Turner, both of Baton Rouge; six brothers-in-law; five sisters-in-law; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by his father, a brother and two sisters.
