Juana Vallés-Baerga emigrated to the US from her native island Puerto Rico at age 28. She met and Married Lorenzo López, a Puerto Rican from Cabo Rojo in 1959 and settled in New York. They had four beautiful girls all of whom are professionals. This loving and doting mother passed away in her sleep. She is survived by her husband and four daughters and a half a dozen grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is greatly missed and will be remembered for her true, unselfish and generous heart, a great cook and a fine interior decorator.
