Herbert Bishop of Fort Smith(Sebastian County), Arkansas, died Wednesday, April 16, 2008, in a local hospital. He was 63 years old. Mr. Bishop was a former employee of Mid West Lumber Company and was of a "nondenominational faith."
He is survived by his wife: Mildred, of the home; two daughters: Rebecca Moore of Van Buren, Arkansas and Janie Brown of Mountainburg, Arkansas; three sons: Herbert Louis Bishop Jr., of Van Buren, Arkansas, Albert Louis Biship and Kenneth Dean Bishop, both of Fort Smith, Arkansas; two sisters: Margaret Foster of Van Buren, Arkansas and Imogene Molina of Alma, Arkansas; a brother: Raul Arzaelo Sr. of Las Cruces, New Mexico; 12 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 19, 2008 at 11:00a.m. at the V.F.W. in Van Buren(Crawford County), Arkansas.
