She has been afflicted with diabetes for some time but was suddenly taken very ill and passed away in a few days after the violent attack.
Her parents, one sister and two brothers survive her.
Dorothy was a dear good girl and will be greatly missed both by the loved ones and her many friends. A large number came together at the home in token of their sorrow and esteem and to sympathize with the grief stricken family.
The funeral service was conducted at the Golden M. E. Church by the writer.
May the God of all comfort console the bereaved.
