Rachel Jordan Abston was born June 13, 1951 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Lexious Jordan Sr. and Annie Verline Jordan. She transitioned from this life to eternal life on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at the young age of 61.
She professed a hope in Christ at an early age and was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. She received her education in the Davidson County School System. Rachel enjoyed spending lots of time with her grandchildren, family, and friends. She also loved to shop and take walks in the park.
Rachel was preceded in death by two brothers, Gary Wayne and Harold Jordan.
