Leo John Adams, 72, of Gig Harbor, died Monday.
Mr. Adams, who retired as an electrician for Todd Shipyard in Seattle, was born in LaCross, Wis., and moved to this area in 1942. He was a Catholic.
Survivors include his wife, Erma; two daughters, Joyce Lomeli of Tacoma and Linda Richard of Fox Island; a sister Darlene Hampton of Kennewick; a brother, Herbert of LaCross; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Buckley-King at Haven of Rest, Gig Harbor, is in charge.

Leo John Hayden was born the second son of Clarence Eugene Hayden and Hermina Bantle who married 18 December 1910 in La Crosse, Wisconsin. In 1915 his mother who lists herself as divorced marries J. Jasper Adams in Miles City, Montana. In the 1920 census the family is living in Sheridan, Wyo and Leo John Hayden is listed as "step-son." In all other future census and documents Leo has taken his step-father's name and has become Leo John Adams.
