Charles Richard Ball, 66, of Georgetown, died Wednesday, April 6, 2005, at Memorial Hospital.
He was retired from Sequoyah, Plumbers & Steam Fitters Local No. 43 and was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in Korea. He was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Delema Flemmings Ball.
Survivors include his wife, Janice Rose Ball of Georgetown; one daughter, Donna Grayson of Red Bank; one son, Glenn R. Ball of Sale Creek; one sister, Helen Thompson of Athens; two brothers, Raymond Ball of Cleveland, and Rex Ball of Niota; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 3:30 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home with the Rev. Pete Mullins officiating. Burial will follow in Rhea Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends after 4 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home of Dayton is in charge of arrangements.
