Born in Chicago, August 9, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Anna C. Mason McCarthy.
She was of the Episcopal faith; and attended weekly bible meetings at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, Elizabethville.
Lorriane enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and sewing. Her greatest joys were spending time with her family whom she dearly loved, and she lived to help others.
She was predeceased by her husband, Marlin in 2004, a son, John H., in 1977, and a grandson, Vaughen.
Surviving is her children, Gail L. Scheib, and James M. Adams, both of Williamstown, Gerald H. Adams of VA and Gene A. Adams of Tower City; 8 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday, January 12th at 11 a.m., from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Homes, Inc., Tower City. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery. A viewing will be from 10-11 a.m., at the chapel.
