Elmer Edwin Bryant, 72, graduated from Graham High School. He was in the US Army Air Force serving with the 54th Fighter Squadron during World War II. Mr. Bryant was a lifetime resident of Graham and a member of Saint Mary's Catholic Church. He was a member of Rotary Club, VFW Post 8567, Young County Soil and Water Conservation District and a life member of the Knights of Columbus. He was past member and director of the Graham Chamber of Commerce and past Graham General Hospital Board of Directors.
Survived by his wife; two sons - Michael Bryant and Skip Bryant; four sisters - Doris Birdwell, Vera Groover, Gwen Dodson, Veda McCuistion; five grandchildren.
