Elton Brown Allen, 89 of Route 1, Sulphur, died Monday, March 14th at Friendship Manor Nursing Home, Pewee Valley.
He was formerly of St. Clara, Missouri; a retired farmer; member of St James Masonic Lodge, St. James, Missouri; and member of St. James Methodist Church in Missouri.
He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Tom Jerry (Martha) Smith, Route 1 Sulphur; and one grandson, Thomas Allen Smith, Louisville.
Graveside services were held 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 16th at the Sulphur Cemetery. Rev. Kenneth Armstrong, pastor of the Eminence Presbyterian Church, officiated. Prewitt's Funeral Home, New Castle, was in charge of arrangements.
