She was born Aug. 25, 1961, in Benton, to Fred and Fae (Armes) Neeley.
She married William "Bill' Turner and he preceded her in death in 1998. She then married John Adams and he survives.
She is survived by her children, Dallas Jason Neeley (Carolina) of Azle, Texas, Billy Turner (Stacy), Scotty Turner (Ashley) and Steven Turner (Jennifer), all of West Frankfort, Dalewayne Turner (Robin) of Wentzville, Mo., James Adams of West Frankfort, Billie-Jean Turner and (Vincent), and Loressa Turner all of Hutchinson, Kan., Johnny Carl Adams (Michelle) of New Orleans, La., and Susan Adams of Marion; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her mother, Fae Laur (Ray) of Bonnie; two brothers, Harold David Neeley (Pam) of Dodge City, Kan., and Darell Neeley of Ina; three sisters, Lynn Weeks Delahunt of Pinckneyville, Jackie Johnson (Don) of West Frankfort, and Roberta Sczkebaty (Stanley) of Butler, Pa.; former brother-in-law, Tony Johnson of Herrin; and two aunts, Genevieve Tessone and Vivian Edwards both of West Frankfort.
She was a member of the Lake Creek Baptist Church in Johnston City. Kendra was a wonderful homemaker.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, April 7, in Parker - Reedy Funeral Home in West Frankfort, with the Rev. David Nolen officiating. Burial will be in Tower Heights Cemetery in West Frankfort. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to James Adams Scholarship Fund and will be accepted at the funeral home.
