I visited this cemetery on 7/10/15 and only few stones remain but I found a list online and then received a copy of Tombstone Inscriptions Warren County, Illinois Hale Township Pleasant Green Cemetery from Warren County, Illinois Genealogical society from D.Webb. I have added everyone from that list with the info contained in that document. If there isn't a stone attached to the memorial then there wasn't one still standing.
He was added per below info

In History of Mercer & Henderson Counties War of 1812 listed 15 heroes including W.A. Morehead & John Hopkin as residing in Henderson cty and stated most buried in Henderson Cty. It didn't list Benjamin Morehead tho. Pl Green is on edge of Warren & Henderson Cty
-------------------------------------------
John Hopkins had Christina Anna Morehead living with him in 1860, granddaughter of William A. Morehead that was also in War 1812, also buried here, and neighbor near Pl Green Cemetery
--------------------------------------------
Visited and further explored cemetery on 12/11/15 with my sister and we found more stones now that the grass was dead and trees almost empty so now adding more pix online

Link to mother & middle name of William Hopkins provided by member Lilbuddy #47845606 so then could link to husband John Hopkins as well. 10/6/18
