Vivian Helen Allen the daughter of Leroy Gay and Ethyl (Gardner) Gay was born Oct. 31, 1917 in Souder MO and departed this life May2, 2007 at the age of 89 years 6 months and 1 day. Vivian was a resident of Nixa, MO for the past 6 years mov ing from Ozar, MO. She was a homemaker. Shel loved hunting for antiques, rock hounding, and looking for Indian Artifacts. On Feb. 17, 1945 Vivian and D.O. Allen were united in marriage in Lexington, MO. Vivian and D. O. Allen were blessed with on son, Dennis. Vivian was preceded in death by her parents, on brother, Orievle Gay, and her husband, D.O. Allen. She is survived by on son, Dennis Allen, Nixa MO, one brother, Bud Gay Phoenix AZ, three sisters, Louise SyKes, of the state of Washington, Grace Miles, Columbia, MO, Bee Brandenburger, Lancaster, Ohio and a host of other relatives and friends.
