Jose Alfredo Banuelos Sr., 54, Morris, Illinois, passed away unexpectedly early Thursday morning, November 5, 2009 in the Morris Hospital, with his loving family by his side.
He was born on January 3, 1955, in Compostela, Nayarit, Mexico, the son of Jesus and Antonia Marmolejo Banuelos.
Jose married Marina Estrada on February 14, 1975 in Tepic, Nayarit, Mexico. In 1995, with his wife and family, they moved to Morris, Illinois to make their home.
For 14 years, he has been employed with Brownie Products Factory in Gardner, Illinois.
He enjoyed cooking, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Jose was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Morris, Illinois.
Survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Marina; two daughters, Claudia (Erik) Vasquez and Magali (John) Garcia; three sons, Jose A. (Ana L.) Banuelos Jr., Luis and Salvador Banuelos, all of Morris, Illinois; seven grandchildren, Brandon, Samantha, Gisselle, Jocelyn, Kendra, Valeria, and Sophia; three sisters, Conseulio, Rosa, and Lilia; four brothers, Juan, Javier, Humberto, and Jose Luis Banuleos; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents; one sister; and two brothers.
Mass of Christian Burial: Immaculate Conception Church, Rev. Fr. Diego Maximino officiate.
Interment: Mt. Carmel Cemetery
