Gary was the son of Cecil and Alberta MILLER. He married Sungworn "Paula" Senpan on 21 July 1975 in Nakum Phanon, Thailand. She preceded him in death on 1 April 2006.
They were the parents of two daughters and one son:

Gary was a graduate of Free Soil High School. He was a member of the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War from 1971 until his honorable discharge in 1975.
He was a loving and caring father. Gary enjoyed hunting and fishing. He will be sadly missed by his children, grandchildren and everyone that knew him.
Funeral services were held on 8 August 2009 at the Pentecostal Assembly of Free Soil Church. Burial followed with military graveside services conducted by members of the V.F.W. Walsh Post #4499 of Manistee, Michigan.
