FUNERAL SERVICES OF
AGED BUCKHORN CITIZEN
Baylis, Ill., Aug. 31 -- The funeral of Elijah Butler was held at the family home, south of Buckhorn, Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. His death occurred Monday night. Deceased was 89 years of age. Burial was in the family cemetery on the old farm.
Mr. Butler was an extensive farmer and stock raiser until his extreme age compelled him to retire, although he still lived at the old homestead.
