Addie is the only daughter of Dea. Jason Keach (1810–1893) and Revilo Long (1822–1860). Addie's maternal grandfather was Oliver Long and she and her mother were given the name "Revilo", which is "Oliver" spelled backwards.
On 10 Sep 1862 she married Alfred Andrews in New Hartford, Connecticut; they were the parents of four known children: Anna (1863–1887), Frank A. (1866–1950), Emily/Emma (1873–1954), and an unnamed child who died at birth.

Mrs. A. R. Andrews Dies in Unionville
Unionville, Aug. 27.—(Special)—Mrs. Adelaide R. Andrews, 89, widow of Alfred Andrews, died Friday evening at her home on Farmington Avenue. She was born in Great Barrington January 24, 1838, the daughter of Jason C. and Revilla Long Leach (sic). At the age of seven, she moved with her parents to New Hartford where she lived for 22 years. She married Mr. Andrews of that village and then moved to Riverton where they lived about 20 years, moving from there to Unionville, where she has since made her home.
Mrs. Andrews leaves one son, Frank A. Andrews; one daughter, Mrs. Charles E. Hayes, both of this village; a grandson, Earl Hayes of Boston, and a great-granddaughter, Marion Hayes.
The funeral will be held at her home Monday at 3.20 p. m. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
