Watertown Daily Times (NY) - Saturday, September 5, 1992 Deceased Name: LUCIEN A. ALLARD, EX-RAILROAD WORKER, DIES Lucien A. Allard, 75, Coville Bay Apartments, a retired railroad worker, died Thursday evening at his home.
A private funeral will be held at the convenience of the family.
There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are with the Flint Funeral Home, Moira.
Surviving are his wife, Emerentienne; a daughter, Mrs. John (Monique) Musgrove, Moira; a granddaughter; three sisters, Lina Brizard, Montreal, Quebec, Yvette Belanger, Quebec City, Quebec, and Aline Allard, Victoria, British Columbia; two nieces and two nephews.
Born in St. Didace, Quebec, Feb. 26, 1917, a son of Heliodore and Alberta Allard Allard, he married Emerentienne Lavallee in 1948.
Mr. Allard moved to Bombay in 1965. He was employed by the Canadian National Railroad for 46 years, retiring in 1974.
He was a member of St. Joseph's Church.
