Her obituary erroneously says Rev. Brauer baptized her. He was the pastor at that church when the family got the baptismal record in 1880 before moving to Nebraska, and so it is his signature on the baptismal certificate.

Anna Marie Dorothea Mueller, daughter of Christoph Rieckmann and Elizabeth nee Wolle was born February 28, 1869 in Washington, Illinois and departed this life October 18, 1950, in her home in Kearney, Nebraska at the age of 81 years 7 months and 20 days.
On the 7th day of March 1869 she was received into God's Kingdom of Grace through the Sacrament of Holy Baptism in Beecher, Illinois, by Pastor A. H. Brauer [sic]. At the age of eight years her parents moved to Buffalo County where she has resided up to the time of her death.
The deceased was received into communicant membership of the Lutheran church of Grand Island, Nebraska through the rite of confirmation on the 18th day of March, 1883, by Pastor A. Baumhoefer.
On the 24th of November 1891 she entered the holy estate of matrimony with William Mueller. They were privileged to celebrate their golden wedding anniversary in 1941. She was a loyal and faithful member of the Lutheran Church taking an active interest and part in the founding and building of St.Paul's church north of Riverdale, making many sacrifices willingly for the Saviour's cause.
She was preceded in death by her husband, four children and two grandchildren. She leaves to mourn her departure, her seven children, Mrs. Frieda Lammers, Mrs. Anna Lammers, Mrs. Clara Lammers, Wm. Mueller, Hulda, Marie and Selma Mueller, 13 grandchildren and 5 great grand-children.
She was laid to rest in St. Paul's cemetery north of Riverdale there to await the coming of her Lord.
